As an associate with McGrew Miller Bomar & Bagley, Mick’s practice focuses on general liability claims, including automobile, ride share, trucking, and premises liability claims. He also assists with claims regarding allegations of malpractice against healthcare professionals.Before joining McGrew Miller Bomar & Bagley, Mick worked for a well-respected insurance defense firm in Gwinnett County where he specialized in representing insurance carriers and individual defendants in matters involving automobile accidents and other incidents.
In 2019, while completing his Master of Laws degree at Emory University School of Law, Mick had the honor of interning with the Honorable Christopher J. McFadden, current Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. As an intern, he assisted Chief Judge McFadden and his staff attorneys by researching complicated legal questions in various areas of the law.
Mick received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2018. While completing his Juris Doctor, he took advantage of various opportunities to gain practical experience, including interning with one of the premier plaintiff’s personal injury firms in South Georgia. Mick also had the honor of serving as one of the first externs for the Honorable Thomas A. Cox, Jr. when he first took the bench in Superior Court of Fulton County in 2017.
Mick is originally from Michigan but has called Georgia home since July 2000. In his free time, he enjoys nature hikes, music, traveling, weight training, exploring restaurants, and cooking.
