Dan and Andrew Secure a Defense Verdict, making MMBB undefeated at trial in 2023!
11/16/2023Andrew Bagley and Dan McGrew recently obtained a defense verdict in a case against a chirorpactor accused of causing a stroke.
The Plaintiff alleged that the chirorpactor used improper technique while performing a cervical adjustment and failed to properly evaluate the patient. According to the Plaintiff, the alleged negligence caused an injury to an intracranial artery, resulting in a stroke. Over the course of a 6 day trial, Andrew and Dan proved that the chiropractor acted approrpiately and that science did not support the Plaintiffs' claims. The jury returned a verdict for the defense.
With this win, the lawyers at MMBB remain undefeated at trial for the year of 2023.
