Dan and Heather Secure Another Defense Verdict

Heather Miller and Dan McGrew recently obtained yet another Defense verdict in a case against two ER doctors and a PA. 
 
The Plaintiffs alleged that the treating doctors did not timely diagnose a spinal lesion, resulting in paralysis.  Over the course of an emotional two week-trial, Heather and Dan ultimately proved to the jury that the ER team was not responsible for the patient’s outcome.  Congratulations to Dan and Heather!
 
This is Dan’s second and Heather’s third defense verdict in a medical malpractice case since the start of 2023.
