Medical Malpractice Defense Verdict
3/21/2023Heather Miller and Trisha Godsey recently obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an Atlanta pediatrician and her group. Plaintiffs alleged that an intraoffice procedure resulted in complications leading to an eventual surgical repair. Heather and Trisha were able to show that the alleged injury did not occur during the procedure in question. The jury returned a defense verdict in less than 45 minutes.
