Summary Judgment Obtained in Premises Liability Claim

Colleen Callaghan, working alongside Andrew Bagley, recently obtained summary judgment in a premises liability claim. The plaintiff alleged she sustained a neurologic injury while at the premises, however, Colleen successfully established the plaintiff had equal knowledge of the alleged hazardous condition as it was an obvious condition that was inherent and necessary to the operation of the premises. The court dismissed the case.
