In a premises liability case before the State Court of Dekalb County, Sam Britt and Alex Johnston obtained summary judgment on behalf of a national retail company.

After an examination of the pleadings and the record in its entirety, the Court found that the Plaintiff had not put forth evidence sufficient to establish the existence of a hazardous condition or that the Defendant had superior knowledge of the alleged hazardous condition. The Court then ruled that it must grant summary judgment for the Defendant.
