Lindsey McClure
Associate
Lindsey is an experienced trial attorney with considerable courtroom experience.
Lindsey started her legal career in 2017 working as a staff attorney for the Mountain Judicial Circuit Superior Court, where she supported the judiciary in a wide variety of complex legal matters. Lindsey then went on to begin an extensive and successful career in criminal prosecution, showing a commitment to justice for vulnerable populations. Throughout her prosecutorial career, Lindsey specialized in handling difficult cases involving crimes against children, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Her dedication and effectiveness in the courtroom were recognized with the Assistant District Attorney of the Year Award in Cobb County in 2023. Lindsey’s career in prosecution includes working as an Assistant District Attorney in Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, and DeKalb Counties.Lindsey now assists MMBB in defending individuals and business in a range of complex civil cases, including general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and negligent security.
Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Appalachian State University in 2013 and earned her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2017. She continues to build on her commitment to justice and advocacy through her current work in private practice.
