Summary Judgment Obtained for an Amusement Park
07/03/2023Andrew Bagley and Colleen Callaghan obtained summary judgment for an amusement venue in case involving alleged hand injuries that occurred during the operation of an amusement park ride. Mr. Bagley and Ms. Callaghan argued that Plaintiff failed to present any evidence of negligence on the part of the amusement park or the ride operator employees. The trial court agreed, and the case was dismissed as a matter of law.
